This attestation makes IT Approval of Roundtrip a no-brainer, which accelerates Roundtrip’s ability to work with healthcare organizations nationwide, bringing Roundtrip one step closer to removing transportation as a barrier to wellbeing.
SOC2 defines criteria for managing customer data, and SOC2 Type II offers a comprehensive audit report that involves a thorough examination over a period of time. According to the independent evaluation of Roundtrip, the summary findings state the company’s “service commitments and system requirements were achieved based on the trust services criteria relevant to Security and Availability set forth in TSP 100, 2017 Trust Services Criteria for Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy.” The evaluation also examined Roundtrip’s controls related to the HIPAA Security, Privacy, and Breach Notification Rules and determined that Roundtrip complied with all of them.
